Glengarnock Site
The Glengarnock facility located in North Ayrshire, is ABSL's centre for the design, development and production of leading edge charging products. The facility also undertakes some design and development work for total power solutions and research work into next generation portable power technologies. The facility has a workforce of 21, comprising mainly design and electronics engineers and production operators.

Directions
By road:
From the EastFollow the M8 motorway through Glasgow, following sign posts for Glasgow Airport. Take junction 28a, immediately after the junction for Glasgow Airport and follow signs for Irvine on the A737. (From the Airport, follow sign posts for the A737 to Irvine.) Continue on the A737 for 8 miles, remain on the A737, bearing left, when you reach the junction for Lochwinnoch. At the next roundabout, just over 1 mile further on, take the second exit towards Beith and Irvine. Continue for 2 miles, bypassing Beith, until you reach another roundabout. Take the second exit, signed posted for Longbar, Glengarnock and Kilbirnie. Follow the road for 1 mile, exiting 40Mph area and after several bends, take the first right into Lochshore Industrial Estate. Continue on this road for 1 mile. Glengarnock Technology Centre is the third entrance on your left hand side within a green fenced site.
From the West and Glasgow Prestwick Airport
Exit the airport by turning right at the roundabout onto the A79. Go straight through the next roundabout. Take the slip road left at the Monktonhead Roundabout onto the A78 (signposted for Irvine). Continue on the A78 for 3.5 miles. At the Meadowhead roundabout go straight through. Remain on the A78 for a further 7.5miles. Continue straight through (signposted A78 Dalry). At the next roundabout turn right, taking the A714 to Dalry. Continue on road for 6 miles. At the end of the road turn left into Dalry. Continue along road and turn right at traffic lights, follow signs for Glasgow (A737). Leave Dalry and continue for 5 miles on the A737. At the roundabout turn left, following signs for Glengarnock. After 1 mile, take the first right into Lochshore Industrial Estate. Continue on this road for 1 mile. Glengarnock Technology Centre is the third entrance on your left hand side within a green fenced site.
By rail:
ABSL Power Solutions is situated less than 0.5 miles north of Glengarnock Railway Station.
By air:
ABSL Power Solutions is 25 minutes from Glasgow International Airport and 35 minutes from Glasgow Prestwick Airport.
