His responsibilities will include Sales, Marketing and Business Development for all global regions.

Roland started his business career as a Technical Apprentice with Hawker Siddeley Aviation completing 26 years and leaving as Director of Sales within the now renamed BAe Systems. He then worked within various Sales and Marketing Directorates still within the Aerospace sector in America, Europe as well as the United Kingdom. Roland’s raison-detra will be to consolidate existing customer relationships, focus on new market sectors and steer ABSL Power Solution on into its newly focused business cycle.
